Saturday (Urgent Cases only): 9:00am to 12:00am
After Hours
This Practice shares an after hours roster with other clinics.
For any after hours emergency please call 5454 2300
A voice message will instruct you on the after hours procedure.
Make sure you have a pen and paper with you before you call.
Attending for your appointment, please
be sure to go to reception to let the reception staff know you are
here.
After you have seen the doctor you MUST report back to reception
before leaving the clinic. Failure to do so will result in an account
fee of $5:00 added to your account.
Enquiring about your test results.
For test results please call after 2:00pm Monday to Friday only.
No results will be given until after 2:00pm
Cancelling your
appointment less than 2 hours prior to your appointment you may be
charged a cancellation fee.
Non attendance for your appointment and do not cancel your
appointment you may be charged up to a full consultation
Remember to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend.
Settlement of your account on the day of your
attendance is expected and appreciated.
If you do not have time to go to Medicare, we provide an “Online
Service”. Your paid accounts will be transmitted to Medicare from here
and your rebate will be deposited into your Bank account in 2 days.
Please enquire at Reception.
When you send in or drop off your Medicare cheques please leave the
remittance advice attached to the cheque.
